By using our website and participating in any coaching programs, courses, live sessions, or downloadable resources offered by Far Moore Real Estate LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Coaching Disclaimer
Our services are designed to provide educational, personal development, and faith-based guidance. They are not intended to replace professional legal, financial, medical, or mental health advice. You acknowledge that results may vary, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
2. Program Access & Content Availability
Programs such as Money Moves are delivered as live, guided coaching experiences over a defined period of time. Educational lessons and materials are released weekly in alignment with the program schedule and are intended to be accessed during their corresponding week.
Access to digital lessons and materials may be time-limited to support focused learning and implementation. Far Moore Real Estate LLC reserves the right to modify, restrict, or remove access to program content at any time.
3. Live Group Sessions
Certain programs include live group Q&A or coaching sessions. These sessions are designed to be real-time, interactive, and supportive spaces for enrolled participants only.
Live sessions are not recorded, and replays are not provided. Participation is optional but encouraged. Access to live sessions may not be shared, recorded, or distributed.
4. Confidentiality
By participating in group programs or live sessions, you agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all participants. Information shared during live calls or within the program is confidential and may not be recorded, reproduced, or shared without express permission.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided, including but not limited to videos, worksheets, PDFs, slide decks, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Far Moore Real Estate LLC and is for personal use only. You may not copy, share, sell, or distribute any materials without written permission.
6. One-on-One Coaching
One-on-one coaching services, if offered, are separate from group programs unless explicitly stated. Availability, pricing, and scope of individual coaching are subject to change and may require a separate agreement.
7. Payments & Refunds
All payments must be made as agreed at the time of enrollment. Due to the nature of digital content and live coaching services, no refunds will be issued once materials are delivered or coaching begins, unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific offer.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use this website or any of our services for unlawful purposes or in any way that may harm, harass, or infringe upon the rights of others.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date.
